Big Mamma is a successful restaurant concept built on a passion for authentic Italian food. After the success of their first restaurant ‘East Mamma’ in Paris’ Bastille quarter, they recently opened ‘Ober Mamma’ in the 11th arrondissement. Here pasta is made from scratch every morning, coffee is roasted in house and pizza dough rests seven days before being cooked on a wood fire. All products are imported from Italy, everything cooked in house with a fine dose of Italian passion.
